The game does not see my hands

Enable hand tracking in the headset, put down the controllers, and keep both hands in view in a reasonably lit space. Recenter and restart the app if tracking remains unavailable. Zenflow needs hand tracking to play.

The handpan is out of reach

Sit in your normal playing position and recenter. Use the game's position/calibration controls to bring the instrument within comfortable reach. You should not need to stand or move around the room.

Notes feel early or late

Run the tap-along timing calibration, then try one song on Chill. Your setting is saved locally and can be changed again.

The world is too busy

Choose Reduced or Still in Experience motion settings and lower visual intensity. These options affect world motion and flashes, not the music chart.

Can I use controllers or play online?

Zenflow is designed for bare-hand tracking. Version 1.0 uses local scores and has no online multiplayer or shared leaderboard.

How do I remove my data?

Clear Zenflow's app data or uninstall it. Local settings, scores, stars and calibration will be removed. See the privacy policy for details.
