ZENFLOW

Zenflow Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 29, 2026

Schreyer Data & Automation ("we") publishes Zenflow, a hand-tracked rhythm game for Meta Quest. This policy explains what the app saves, what it sends to platform services, and how you can remove data.

Information on your headset

Zenflow saves settings and progress on your headset: timing calibration, comfort and audio options, unlocked cosmetic choices, grades, stars, practice preferences, a daily streak, and local run history. These are stored with Unity PlayerPrefs and a local zenflow-runs.json file. Your hand-joint positions are used while you play to detect strikes and control the interface; the app does not save hand-tracking video or joint recordings.

The 1.0 release plan has local leaderboards only. We do not operate an account or online score server for this release. Uninstalling Zenflow or clearing its app data removes the locally stored data. If you enable Meta's cloud backup, Meta may separately back up app data under its own terms and controls.

Meta Horizon Store and device services

The store build checks with Meta whether the signed-in account owns Zenflow. Meta handles the account and purchase information. The game uses the entitlement result to allow or deny access and does not intentionally store your Meta username, profile image, friends list, or purchase history. Meta's handling of your account and store transaction is explained in the Meta Privacy Policy.

Zenflow uses Meta Quest hand-tracking services on the headset. Camera images used by the operating system for hand tracking are not accessed or retained by the game. Zenflow does not request microphone access.

Zenflow is built with Unity. Unity may receive limited engine/device diagnostics under its player privacy notice, depending on the engine and platform configuration. We do not include our own ad, marketing analytics, or crash-reporting service in the planned 1.0 build.

How we use and share information

Local data keeps your settings and progress between sessions. We do not sell personal data, serve ads, or share data for targeted advertising. Other players cannot see your runs through this release. If a later update adds online leaderboards or another network feature, we will update this policy before enabling it.

Your choices and deletion

You can reset or remove local Zenflow data by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it in your headset's settings. This also removes your local grades, stars, and calibration. For a question or deletion request about any information you may have provided to us through support, contact collin.schreyer@gmail.com. Meta account, purchase, or cloud-backup requests should be handled through Meta's own account controls.

Age and safety

Zenflow is intended for teens and adults aged 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information through support, contact us so we can address it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy if the app's data practices change. The current version and effective date will appear on this page.
